Great value for money, perfect location for hiking, and lovely staff. Complementary breakfast and lunch options provided were a great plus. the hotel is located right near the trailhead, which means easy access to the hiking trails. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

It would have been nicer to have free linen and towel provision. We also missed having a mini-market to buy basic necessities like snacks or drinks.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Fjellstue Og Hytter. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when the road leading to the hotel was closed. They even drove us to the ferry so we could embark on our hike at Besseggen. The dinner at the hotel was delicious, and the selection of local beers and aquavit was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and had a great view, plus the added luxury of a bathtub. The location was perfect for starting the Besseggen hike, and breakfast was included in the room rate. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this cabin was stunning, surrounded by mountains and with easy access to hiking trails. The cabins were warm and cozy with parking right next to them. The availability of a usable kitchen was a plus for cooking meals.

The Wi-Fi coverage was very limited, only available in the main reception area and even there it was very hit or miss. The staff were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in providing assistance.

The hotel is located close to the Besseggen ridge ferry long term parking and on top of mountains with awesome views of the lake and surroundings. the breakfast is generous, and the owners are helpful to hikers, even offering to use their snowshoes. free sauna is available.
